I am increasingly drawn to records that feature more than one artist or more than one musician direction. Whilst it might seem that Plater and EASO might have entirely different approaches, the glistening darkness in both of their musics makes for a compelling combination, and works effectively ina cyclical manner, with the final track working equally well as the opener, the A side setting a tone for the B side, or vice versa. An engrossing and provoking listen.
